ARC Physical Therapy+ is seeking a passionate Physical Therapist to join our Missouri team. You will deliver high-quality care, assess patients, and implement personalized treatment plans in a supportive, clinic-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree from CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Missouri license and CPR certification.
• Ability to work autonomously and efficiently in a clinic.
• Proficient PC skills including EMR system and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients to develop and initiate treatment plans based on evaluations.
• Review referrals, conditions, and records to determine treatment.
• Provide direct patient care per established protocols and guidelines.
• Document findings, progress, and instructions for patients and caregivers.
• Oversee care by assistants and rehab technicians and supervise daily activities.
• Develop goals and a comprehensive plan of care based on evaluations.

Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team at ARC Physical Therapy +. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care to our patients, ensuring their recovery and well-being.

• Assess patients to develop and initiate treatment plans based on the evaluation results
• Review the physician's referral (prescription) and the patient's condition and medical records to determine the physical therapy treatment required
• Provide direct patient care by established protocols and patient care guidelines
• Document findings, progress, and instructions to patients and caregivers
• Responsible for patient care performed by assistants and rehabilitation technicians
• Complete a written plan of care, develop goals based on evaluation findings, and develop a comprehensive program to attain goals
• Implement physical therapy treatment program and provide essential physical therapy treatments
• Communicate effectively with patients/caregivers and professional colleagues, including physicians and insurance companies
• Ensure timely documentation, including daily notes, weekly workers' compensation reports, progress reports, initial evaluations, discharge summaries, and incident reports

Qualifications

• Graduate degree from CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current state of Missourilicense and CPR certification
• Ability to work efficiently/effectively in an autonomous environment
• Basic PC skills and knowledge, including but not limited to Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, database software, and MS Office
