ARC Physical Therapy+ seeks a passionate Physical Therapist to join our team and deliver high-quality care that helps patients recover quickly and return to activities they love.

You’ll work in Kansas/Missouri clinics with real-time mentorship through our IGNITE program, manageable caseloads, and generous education and growth opportunities for your career.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Missouri license and CPR certification.
• Ability to work autonomously and efficiently.
• Proficiency with EMR systems and basic software.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and develop treatment plans based on evaluation results.
• Review referrals and medical records to determine PT treatment.
• Provide direct patient care per established protocols.
• Document findings and progress for patients and caregivers.
• Supervise assistants and rehabilitation technicians as needed.
• Develop goals and a comprehensive plan of care.
• Implement treatment programs and essential therapies.
• Communicate with patients, caregivers, physicians and insurers.
• Ensure timely daily notes and progress reports.

Salary $75,000 - $90,000 depending on experience

Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team at ARC Physical Therapy +. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care to our patients, ensuring their recovery and well‑being.

• Assess patients to develop and initiate treatment plans based on the evaluation results
• Review the physician's referral (prescription) and the patient's condition and medical records to determine the physical therapy treatment required
• Provide direct patient care by established protocols and patient care guidelines
• Document findings, progress, and instructions to patients and caregivers
• Responsible for patient care performed by assistants and rehabilitation technicians
• Complete a written plan of care, develop goals based on evaluation findings, and develop a comprehensive program to attain goals
• Implement physical therapy treatment program and provide essential physical therapy treatments
• Communicate effectively with patients/caregivers and professional colleagues, including physicians and insurance companies
• Ensure timely documentation, including daily notes, weekly workers' compensation reports, progress reports, initial evaluations, discharge summaries, and incident reports

Qualifications

• Graduate degree from CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current state of Missourilicense and CPR certification
• Ability to work efficiently/effectively in an autonomous environment
• Basic PC skills and knowledge, including but not limited to Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, database software, and MS Office
