Job summary

ARC Physical Therapy+ is seeking a passionate Physical Therapist to join our team across Kansas and Missouri. You will assess patients, build and execute treatment plans, and provide high-quality, patient-centered care with mentorship from seasoned clinicians.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree from CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current state Missouri license and CPR certification.
• Ability to work efficiently/effectively in an autonomous environment.
• Basic PC skills including EMR system, database software, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients to develop and initiate treatment plans based on evaluation results.
• Review physician referral and patient records to determine required physical therapy treatment.
• Provide direct patient care by established protocols and guidelines.
• Document findings, progress, and instructions to patients and caregivers.
• Supervise assistants and rehabilitation technicians delivering patient care.
• Develop plan of care, goals, and a comprehensive program to attain goals.
• Implement treatment programs and provide essential physical therapy treatments.
• Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, physicians, and insurance companies.
• Ensure timely documentation including daily notes, progress reports, and discharge summaries.

Salary $80,000 - $95,000 depending on experience (plus bonus potential)

Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team at ARC Physical Therapy +. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care to our patients, ensuring their recovery and well-being.

• Assess patients to develop and initiate treatment plans based on the evaluation results
• Review the physician's referral (prescription) and the patient's condition and medical records to determine the physical therapy treatment required
• Provide direct patient care by established protocols and patient care guidelines
• Document findings, progress, and instructions to patients and caregivers
• Responsible for patient care performed by assistants and rehabilitation technicians
• Complete a written plan of care, develop goals based on evaluation findings, and develop a comprehensive program to attain goals
• Implement physical therapy treatment program and provide essential physical therapy treatments
• Communicate effectively with patients/caregivers and professional colleagues, including physicians and insurance companies
• Ensure timely documentation, including daily notes, weekly workers' compensation reports, progress reports, initial evaluations, discharge summaries, and incident reports

Qualifications

• Graduate degree from CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current state of Missourilicense and CPR certification
• Ability to work efficiently/effectively in an autonomous environment
• Basic PC skills and knowledge, including but not limited to Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, database software, and MS Office
