Job summary

Skylake Post Acute in Thornton, Colorado, is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for part-time or PRN work at a respected SNF. You will evaluate residents, create comprehensive treatment plans, and deliver PT treatments aimed at improving mobility and independence.

We offer a supportive team and a positive work environment with fair scheduling for part-time roles. Rate range is $45–$52 per hour.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered Colorado Physical Therapist License.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program (APTA & CAPTE).
• Experience in post-acute or long-term care environment preferred.

Successful Candidates

• Current, unencumbered Colorado Physical Therapist License
• Must be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program by APTA & CAPTE
• Experience in providing appropriate care in post-acute or long-term care environment (preferred)
• Ability to pass a criminal background check as well as Colorado CAPS background check.

Rate Range: $45 - $52/ hour
