Skylake Post Acute in Thornton, Colorado, is hiring a Physical Therapist to join our skilled nursing facility family. This part-time or PRN role focuses on evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, and delivering high-quality physical therapy to residents.

The ideal candidate holds a Colorado PT license and is a graduate of an APTA/CAPTE-accredited program, with preferred experience in post-acute or long-term care.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered Colorado Physical Therapist License.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program by APTA & CAPTE.
• Experience in providing appropriate care in post-acute or long-term care environment (preferred).
• Ability to pass a criminal background check as well as Colorado CAPS background check.

Successful Candidates:
