Skylake Post Acute in Thornton, Colorado is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a full-time role. You will support residents with restorative therapies in a large SNF known for its rehabilitation program and 24-hour care.

Successful Candidates:

• Current, unencumbered Physical Therapist Assistant license - required
• Must be a graduate of an accredited 2-year college level program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association
• One (1) year experience preferred in post-acute care or related setting preferred
• Must have CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.
• LTC/SNF experience a plus!

Rate Range: $35- $38/hour
