Job summary

Corewell Health is seeking a part-time Physical Therapist to provide patient-centered therapy, education, and guidance on adaptive equipment under medical direction.

The role emphasizes hands-on treatment, caregiver education, and collaboration with the Rehab Resource Pool team to support patient outcomes in Ludington.

Qualifications

• Required Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Master's Degree preferred.
• 6 months of relevant experience preferred.
• LIC-Physical Therapist - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required.
• LIC-Driver's License - STATE_MI State of Michigan Home Care Business Lines Upon Hire required.
• CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association 90 Days required Or CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC American Red Cross 90 Days required.

Responsibilities

• Provides therapy to patients based on patient need and medical direction.
• Provides patient/caregiver education and arranges for adaptive equipment as needed.
