Job summary

Confluent Health is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide pediatric evaluation and treatment in Cary, NC. You will deliver play-based therapy, develop family-centered plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize mobility and daily functioning.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist or eligible for NC licensure
• CPR and First Aid Certification required

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive pediatric evaluations and develop individualized, family-centered treatment plans
• Deliver hands-on, play-based treatment to support mobility, motor development, and daily participation
• Track progress using objective outcome measures and adjust care plans accordingly
• Educate parents and caregivers with home exercise programs and strategies to support progress between sessions
• Collaborate with occupational therapists and the care team to deliver coordinated pediatric care

Compensation: $80,000/yr + productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
