Carolina Pediatric Therapy in Charlotte is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist to grow their clinical skills, caseload, and impact within a collaborative pediatric care model.

You’ll join a team of PTs, OTs, SLPs, and psychologists, with protected time for planning, mentorship, and diverse practice settings from clinics to schools and telehealth. A $7,500 sign-on bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• Licensed as a Physical Therapist in NC.
• 1+ years of pediatric PT experience preferred (strong pediatric candidates encouraged to apply).

• Provide evidence-based assessment and treatment for children, adolescents, and families within a collaborative pediatric care model.
• Work as part of an interdisciplinary team that shares ideas, solves problems together, and supports one another.
