Body Balance Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist for our Jerome team. This full-time, on-site role emphasizes orthopedic manual therapy and hands-on patient care. You’ll carry a busy outpatient caseload, lead a small care team, and help patients return to the life they love.
We support clinicians with mentorship for new grads, residency opportunities, CE assistance, and a clear path toward leadership roles within a locally owned practice that values patient outcomes and learning.
Full-time
At Body Balance, everything we do comes back to the patient and their experience. We believe that when our therapists are learning, growing, having fun, and focused on making an impact on their patients and community, our patients win. They get better, and they get back to the life they love.
We're a locally owned, physical therapist–owned practice with four clinics across the Magic Valley (two in Twin Falls, plus Jerome and Gooding), and many of our therapists are board certified in orthopedics. We're looking for a Physical Therapist to join our Jerome team. If you love hands-on care and want to grow as a clinician and a leader, we'd love to meet you.
You'll carry a full outpatient caseload of about 50-60 visits per week, with support to keep the day running smoothly. We help our therapists leverage technology to make their jobs easier through an ambient AI scribe tool and a tech-forward EMR, so more of your energy goes to your patients. Our clinics close by 1:30 PM on Tuesdays and Thursdays, giving you two afternoons a week to fish, ride, golf, or spend time with your family.
Our compensation plan puts you in the driver's seat. You decide how busy you want to be, and your pay reflects it. Therapists who want to build a fuller schedule can earn $100,000 and beyond, while those who want more balance can choose that too.
New grads are encouraged to apply. We'll mentor you.
