The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no nights or weekends and relocation assistance. Compensation ranges from $93,000 to $105,000 base per year, plus up to $12,000 annual performance bonus.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Idaho (PT) or license-eligible.
• CPR/BLS certification current.
• Open to experienced Orthopedic PTs and new grads.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive clinical evaluations and treatments for orthopedic, post-operative, sports medicine, and neurological patients.
• Formulate individualized, goal-oriented plans of care (POC).
• Complete documentation using EMR software and voice-dictation tools.
• Direct and supervise PTAs and support staff.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention.

• Certifications: Current CPR / BLS certification required.

• Experience: Open to both experienced Orthopedic PTs and New Grad Physical Therapists.

• Skills: Strong clinical reasoning, manual therapy skills, and patient rapport.
