Job summary

Superior Physical Therapy, in partnership with Mountain Land Physical Therapy, seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to join a local southeast Idaho practice. You will manage a balanced outpatient orthopedic caseload with dedicated 1:1 patient time, building plans of care and collaborating with clinicians to drive patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapist license (or ability to obtain) with no sanctions.
• Passion for outpatient orthopedic physical therapy and great patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Treat a balanced outpatient orthopedic caseload with 1:1 patient time.
• Average 11–12 patients per day for top performers; double-booking only when appropriate.
• Build care plans that match your clinical style and goals.
• Collaborate with experienced clinicians, sports teammates, and local medical partners.
• Support strong outcomes with consistent, patient-first care.

Total Potential Income (Base + Revenue Sharing): $85,000–$105,000/year

Includes base salary plus additional revenue-sharing earnings.

Base Pay: $80,000–$85,000

Student Loan Repayment: $5,250 per year
