Intermountain Physical Therapy and Hand Rehabilitation in Meridian, ID is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our outpatient clinic. You will work alongside Certified Manual Therapists and Orthopedic Clinical Specialists, with access to structured mentorship and ongoing professional development.

This role offers autonomy within a collaborative, patient‑focused team, with a Monday–Friday schedule and a strong emphasis on high‑quality care, teamwork, and work–life balance.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist Program.
• Current or upcoming State of Idaho Physical Therapy license.
• New graduates welcome to apply.
• Experience or interest in further developing manual therapy skills.
• Skilled and creative in exercise progression and sports rehabilitation.

Responsibilities

• Perform orthopedic evaluations and deliver evidence-based treatments.
• Develop individualized rehab plans for post‑op, acute, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions.
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and functional training.
• Document patient progress clearly and efficiently.
• Educate patients on home programs, injury prevention, and long‑term wellness.
• Collaborate with a supportive clinical team to ensure strong outcomes.
