You will work alongside Certified Manual Therapists and Orthopedic Clinical Specialists, with access to structured mentorship and ongoing professional development.

This role offers autonomy within a collaborative, patient‑focused team, with a Monday–Friday schedule and a strong emphasis on high‑quality care, teamwork, and work–life balance.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist Program.
• Current or upcoming State of Idaho Physical Therapy license.
• New graduates welcome to apply.
• Experience or interest in further developing manual therapy skills.
• Skilled and creative in exercise progression and sports rehabilitation.

Responsibilities

• Perform orthopedic evaluations and deliver evidence-based treatments.
• Develop individualized rehab plans for post‑op, acute, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions.
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and functional training.
• Document patient progress clearly and efficiently.
• Educate patients on home programs, injury prevention, and long‑term wellness.
• Collaborate with a supportive clinical team to ensure strong outcomes.
