You will work with Certified Manual Therapists and Orthopedic Clinical Specialists, with access to structured mentorship and ongoing professional development.

The role offers autonomy within a collaborative team focused on high‑quality patient care. Qualifications include CAPTE‑accredited PT education and Idaho licensure; new graduates are welcome.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a CAPTE accredited Physical Therapist Program.
• Current Idaho Physical Therapy license or eligibility.
• New graduates welcome to apply.
• Interest or experience in manual therapy.
• Skilled in exercise progression and sports rehabilitation.

Responsibilities

• Perform orthopedic evaluations and deliver evidence‑based treatments.
• Develop individualized rehab plans for post‑op, acute, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions.
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and functional training.
• Document patient progress clearly and efficiently.
• Educate patients on home programs, injury prevention, and long‑term wellness.
• Collaborate with a supportive clinical team to ensure strong outcomes.
