Job summary

Sentara Health is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist in Woodbridge, VA to assess, plan, and participate in rehabilitative programs that improve mobility and reduce pain. The role includes supervising care, educating clients and caregivers, and coordinating with the care team to optimize outcomes.

The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree (required), a Master’s (preferred), a Doctorate in physical therapy, and a current Physical Therapist License.

• Performs modalities/therapeutic interventions in accordance with accepted standards of care and department policies and procedures.

• Initiate, develop, and maintain collaborative interactions with internal and external team members, patients, and family members to improve patient outcomes.
• Selects and performs the appropriate assessment procedures. Establishes and updates formal plan of care to address individual patient needs.

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $103,376.00 - $149,115.20 annually.Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs. Note: If an annual salary is posted, it is based on a full-time colleague working 2,080 hours annually.
