Job summary

All Star Physical Therapy in Desert Hot Springs, CA is seeking a driven Physical Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic team. You will deliver excellent patient care, mentor PTs and PTAs, and help our clinic maintain a family-like culture while leveraging our new AI documentation software to save time.

We offer competitive compensation ($49-$55/hour), daily productivity bonuses, and strong growth opportunities, plus loan repayment up to $25K and a sign-on bonus up to $10K.

Qualifications

• Physical Therapist licensure in good standing, or the ability to obtain state licensure.
• AHA BLS required.
• Experienced Physical Therapists and New Grads are welcome to apply.
• Must successfully complete all pre-employment standards.

• Demonstrate comprehensive clinical knowledge and acceptable performance in all aspects of the patient/client encounter.
• Comply with all regulatory guidance including but not limited to HIPAA, Medicare rules and billing and coding guidance.

In this role, you ensure great patient treatment and outcomes, while also guiding and overseeing our dedicated PT's & PTA's. We are thrilled with our new AI documention software. It literally cuts your documentation time by 90%, giving you more time to treat your patients. All of our PT's receive daily productivity bonuses (Clinic Director gets option of profit sharing) which often add up to around an extra $1300/month. About

Compensation: $49 - $55/hour + daily productivity incentives, up to a $10K sign on bonus, up to $25K in student loan reimbursement, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials.
