Job summary

All Star Physical Therapy in Apple Valley, CA is seeking a driven Physical Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic team. You will deliver high-quality care, mentor PTAs, and help improve patient outcomes while thriving in a supportive, family-like culture.

Qualifications

• Physical Therapist licensure in good standing or ability to obtain state licensure.

In this role, you ensure great patient treatment and outcomes, while also guiding and overseeing our dedicated PTA's. We are thrilled with our new AI documention software. It literally cuts your documentation time by 90%, giving you more time to treat your patients. All of our PT's receive daily productivity bonuses which often add to around an extra $1300/month. About

Compensation: $46 - $53/hour + daily productivity incentives, up to a $10K sign on bonus, up to $25K in student loan reimbursement, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications.
