Texas Physical Therapy Specialists is seeking a Coverage Team Physical Therapist to travel between San Antonio clinics, delivering high-quality, evidence-based care and collaborating with local teams. You’ll assess movement dysfunction, develop plans of care, and support patients across diverse populations, with clinical autonomy and flexible schedules.

The role offers a competitive pay of $44-48 per hour, a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time, weekly bonuses up to $8K/year, mileage

Qualifications

• Licensed PT in Texas, or ability to obtain licensure in Texas.
• Passion for evidence-based, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Travel between clinics to cover needs in the region.
• Assess movement dysfunction via history and exam.
• Develop and adjust evidence-based plans of care.
• Deliver interventions including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and modalities.
• Track patient outcomes and adjust approach accordingly.
• Advocate for patients throughout their recovery journey.

Responsibilities

• Traveling between clinics in the region based on coverage needs
• Applying your clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination.
• Collaboratively developing and adjusting evidence-based plans of care that reflect each patient’s goals, needs, and lifestyle.
• Delivering skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain.
• Tracking meaningful patient outcomes and adjusting your approach based on progress and clinical presentation.
• Serving as a trusted resource and advocate for your patients throughout their recovery journey.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice).

Compensation NEW Rates:

• $44-48/Hr
• $5K Sign On Bonus (Full Time)
