Job summary

Texas Physical Therapy Specialists, part of the Confluent Health family, seeks a licensed Physical Therapist for outpatient care. You will manage a patient load with autonomy, receive mentorship, and have access to residency programs and leadership pathways.

Qualifications

• Licensed PT or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice (TX).

Responsibilities

• Assess movement dysfunction via history and physical exam to guide care.
• Develop and adjust evidence-based plans of care aligned with patient goals and lifestyle.
• Deliver skilled interventions (therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, modalities) to improve function and reduce pain.
• Track patient outcomes and adjust approach based on progress.
• Advocate for patients throughout their recovery journey.

Responsibilities
