Job summary

Texas Physical Therapy Specialists, a Confluent Health affiliate, seeks a Licensed Physical Therapist to join the Coverage Team in the Austin region. You will travel between clinics, applying clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and to develop shared, evidence-based plans of care across locations.

This role offers Part Time or PRN options with compensation at $46-48/hour plus a weekly bonus based on patient volume, potentially adding up to ~$13k annually.

• Applying your clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination.
• Collaboratively developing and adjusting evidence-based plans of care that reflect each patient’s goals, needs, and lifestyle.
• Delivering skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain.
• Tracking meaningful patient outcomes and adjusting your approach based on progress and clinical presentation.
• Serving as a trusted resource and advocate for your patients throughout their recovery journey.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice).
• Passion for evidence-based, patient-centered care.

About

Compensation: $46-48/Hr+ weekly bonus based on patient volume up to an additional ~$13k per year, average 12 patients per day, Mileage Reimbursement available based on location, and Part Time or PRN options!
