Texas Physical Therapy Specialists is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide patient-centered care across multiple Austin-area clinics. You will travel between clinics, applying clinical reasoning to evaluate movement dysfunction and design plans of care that fit each patient’s goals and lifestyle.

The role emphasizes an evidence-based, collaborative approach with mentorship and ongoing professional development within the Confluent Health family.

Responsibilities

• Traveling between clinics in the region based on coverage needs
• Applying your clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination.
• Collaboratively developing and adjusting evidence‑based plans of care that reflect each patient’s goals, needs, and lifestyle.
• Delivering skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re‑education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain.
• Tracking meaningful patient outcomes and adjusting your approach based on progress and clinical presentation.
• Serving as a trusted resource and advocate for your patients throughout their recovery journey.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice).
• Passion for evidence-based, patient‑centered care.

About

Compensation: $46-48/Hr+ weekly bonus based on patient volume up to an additional ~$8k per year, average 12 patients per day, Mileage Reimbursement available based on location, and Part Time or PRN options!
