Sheltering Arms Institute in Virginia is seeking a full-time Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our Hanover Center team. You will provide comprehensive, patient-centered physical therapy services for orthopedic conditions, including examination, plan development, documentation, and collaboration with the care team.

Qualified candidates have graduated from an accredited physical therapy program, Virginia licensure or eligibility, and CPR certification; doctoral degree or specialty

Sheltering Arms Institute is seeking a full-timeOutpatient Physical Therapist to join our team. This position is based out of the Hanover Center and will treat orthopedic conditions. The Physical Therapist provides quality, comprehensive, patient-centered physical therapy services including patient examination (ages 12+), development and administration of a treatment plan, documentation and communication with team members, and clinical direction and supervision to licensed/non-licensed personnel. Instructs therapy support staff, students, other team members, and patient and/or caregivers. May rotate through clinical areas.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience/expertise in outpatient rehabilitation preferred

Education/Certifications

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy educational program required.
• Virginia licensure to practice or eligibility and application for licensure by the Physical Therapy Board of the Virginia State Board of Health Professions required.
• Healthcare professionals CPR certification required.
• Doctoral degree from an accredited physical therapy programs and/or specialty practice certification preferred.

Compensation

• $38.00 - $56.00 per hour
• This range reflects our commitment to pay equity and market-competitive compensation.
• Final compensation depends on experience, skills, and internal equity.
