Job summary

Confluent Health is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist for our outpatient clinic. You will apply clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and collaborate on evidence-based care plans that reflect patient goals and lifestyle.

You will deliver therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and modalities to improve function and reduce pain, while tracking outcomes and supporting patients through their recovery journey.

Qualifications

About

Compensation:$75,000- $82,000 + inclusive of productivity incentives, potential sign on bonus up to 10K with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
