Confluent Health is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to join our outpatient Orthopedic and Sports PT clinic serving the Fairborn area. You will apply evidence-based plans of care, deliver manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities to improve function and reduce pain within a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Applying your clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination.
• Collaboratively developing and adjusting evidence-based plans of care that reflect each patient’s goals, needs, and lifestyle.
• Delivering skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain.
• Tracking meaningful patient outcomes and adjusting your approach based on progress and clinical presentation.
• Serving as a trusted resource and advocate for your patients throughout their recovery journey.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice)
• Passion for evidence-based, patient centered care

About

Compensation: $75,000- $82,000 + inclusive of productivity incentives, potential sign on bonus up to 10K with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
