Confluent Health, LLC and its affiliates are seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist in Wisconsin. Evaluate patients, develop individualized plans of care, and provide one-to-one patient care delivering hands-on, patient-centered treatment and education.

Compensation: $75,000 - $100,000 + $15,000 Sign on Bonus, productivity incentives, Student Loan Reinbursement, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials.
