Confluent Health is seeking a Clinic Director/Physical Therapist in Tallahassee, FL to lead a patient-centered practice with autonomy and clinical excellence. The role blends clinical care with leadership, mentoring staff, and driving evidence-based outcomes in a fast-paced PT environment.

You will diagnose, treat, and progress patients using individualized plans, with a focus on high-quality 1:1 care, comprehensive documentation, and ongoing professional development within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program.
• Current Florida PT license or eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent 1:1 care for patients, typically ~40 minutes per visit.

• Review patients' medical histories and monitor progress, adjusting plans as needed.

You’ll achieve success by:

• Reviewing patients medical history
• Provide excellent 1:1 care for your patients, spending an average of 40 minutes with each person
• Diagnosing patients by observing their movements and listening to their concerns
• Developing individualized treatment plans for patientswith clear goals and expected outcomes
• Using exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands‑on manual therapy to manage patients’ pain, increase mobility, and prevent further pain and injury
• Recording patient progress and modifying the plan of care as needed

Compensation: $85,000-$110,000 inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications. Benefits include generous time off, medical, dental, vision, disability and a 401(k) with a 4% employer match.
