ProActive Physical Therapy in Tucson is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist to join our award-winning team. We encourage board certification in Orthopedics or Sports PT and provide continuing education and mentoring to help you advance.

In Tucson/Oro Valley, you’ll work in a supportive environment with AI clinical documentation tools, a structured mentorship program, and multiple career pathways. Compensation ranges from $86,000 to $105,000 plus a sign-on bonus and 401(k) with employer match.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice).

Responsibilities

• Assess movement dysfunction through history and physical examination.
• Develop and adjust evidence-based plans of care aligned with patient goals and lifestyle.
