Job summary

ProActive Physical Therapy - Tucson is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our award-winning team. You will use evidence-based, patient-centered care to assess movement dysfunction and develop personalized plans of care aimed at improving function and reducing pain.

We offer mentorship, ongoing education, and a career path within a supportive environment. Compensation includes $86,000–$105,000 annually, with a sign-on bonus up to $15,000 and weekly bonuses based on patient volume.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice)
• Passion for evidence-based, patient centered care

Responsibilities

• Applying your clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination.
• Collaboratively developing and adjusting evidence-based plans of care that reflect each patient's goals, needs, and lifestyle.
• Delivering skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain.
• Tracking meaningful patient outcomes and adjusting your approach based on progress and clinical presentation.
• Serving as a trusted resource and advocate for your patients throughout their recovery journey.
