Five Star Nursing is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to deliver patient care in a hospital setting. You will restore mobility, reduce pain, and enhance quality of life with evidence-based plans.

Requirements include a valid PT license, CPR certification, malpractice insurance if applicable, and at least two years of hospital experience. Shift is daytime with direct deposit weekly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure coordinated, holistic patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on exercises, techniques, and lifestyle modifications to promote ongoing wellness and injury prevention.
• Maintain accurate, detailed documentation of treatment progress, goals, and outcomes in compliance with clinical standards.
