Five Star Nursing is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide exceptional patient care in a hospital setting. The role emphasizes restoring mobility and reducing pain through personalized treatment plans.

You will assess patients, deliver evidence-based interventions, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. Education for patients and families on exercises and lifestyle changes is included. Schedule: Day shift 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM; competitive benefits and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapy license and registration.
• CPR certification.
• Malpractice/liability insurance (if applicable).
• Minimum of two years of experience working as a Physical Therapist in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ physical conditions to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their needs and recovery goals.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions aimed at pain management, functional restoration, and mobility enhancement.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on exercises, techniques, and lifestyle modifications to promote ongoing wellness and injury prevention.
• Keep accurate and detailed documentation of treatment progress, goals, and outcomes in accordance with clinical standards.
