Job summary

Select Medical’s NovaCare Leonardtown location is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist for outpatient orthopedics, sports medicine, aquatics, and related rehab services. The role includes a structured mentorship program, manageable caseload, and opportunities to treat diverse patients from teens to geriatrics.

New graduates are welcome. Compensation ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually with a $10,000 sign-on bonus and loan assistance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager

Physical Therapist - Outpatient Ortho Sports and Aquatics

Location: NovaCare Leonardtown, Maryland

Schedule: Full-time 32-40 hours (Mon-Fri)

Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000

New graduates are welcome to apply! We gradually increase your caseload during our on-site, structured mentorship program. Most clinicians see 10-12 patients per day, depending on patients' needs. Hour evals 1:1 with 45-minute treatment times.
