Corewell Health is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide therapy to patients based on clinical need and medical direction at the Grand Rapids site. The role includes educating patients and caregivers and arranging for required adaptive equipment.

Qualified candidates hold a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy, with a preference for a Master's; Michigan PT licensure is required upon hire, along with CPR certification and a valid driver’s license for home care assignments.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy; Master's degree preferred.
• 6 months of relevant experience preferred.
• Licensure: PT license for Michigan (MI) upon hire.
• Driver's license for Home Care business lines in Michigan upon hire.
• BLS CPR (American Heart Association or ARC) required within 90 days.

Standard Qualifications

• Required Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from an accredited physical therapy program
• Preferred Master's Degree
• 6 months of relevant experience Preferred
• LIC-Physical Therapist - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required
• LIC-Driver's License - STATE_MI State of Michigan Home Care Business Lines Upon Hire required
• CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association 90 Days required Or
• CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC American Red Cross 90 Days required
