Job summary

NovaCare Rehabilitation in Baltimore is seeking a full-time Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our Rosedale clinic. You will conduct 60-minute evaluations and 45-minute treatment sessions, manage a diverse outpatient caseload, and contribute to high-quality patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• DPT from an accredited institution.
• Current state physical therapist license or eligibility in Maryland.
• CPR certification.

• Attend/participate in center meetings and contribute to clinical excellence.

Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000

We welcome new graduate physical therapists and offer on-site mentorship from experienced clinicians. Our team averages 10-12 patients per day, with 60-minute evaluations and 45-minute treatment sessions, allowing for meaningful, personalized care. Schedule: Monday through Friday, with two evenings per week until 7 PM (last patient scheduled one hour prior).

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
• Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
