Job summary

Alliance PTP, LLC is seeking a Clinic Director to build a new Accelerated Physical Therapy clinic in Spartanburg, SC, opening in 2027. You will lead hiring, shape the culture, and own referral relationships within a PT-led organization that backs you from day one.

You will work with operations to choose the site, influence clinic design, select equipment, and develop pro forma with KPI goals. You will lead a team, ensure high clinical quality, and foster community ties.

Qualifications

• DPT or MPT licensed (or eligible) in SC.
• 2+ years outpatient orthopedic experience.
• Strong leadership and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and build a de novo Accelerated clinic in Spartanburg, opening in 2027.
• Hire and develop your team and own referral relationships.

Build a new Accelerated clinic in Spartanburg, SC from day one, opening in 2027! Hire your team, shape the culture, and own your referral relationships, with no financial risk to you. What You'll Do

Before opening

• Choose the site alongside our operations team
• Have a say in the clinic's design
• Select your equipment
• Build a realistic pro forma in collaboration with our Chief Growth Officer, so your KPIs are goals you helped shape, with the support and tools to reach them
• Complete Clinic Director Bootcamp, including patient acquisition and referral management training
• Build physician and community referral relationships

After opening

• Maintain a patient caseload
• Lead and develop your team
• Hit your business plan targets
• Own clinical quality and patient experience
• Represent Accelerated Physical Therapy in the community

Who You Are

Required

• DPT or MPT, licensed (or eligible) in SC
• 2+ years of outpatient orthopedic experience

Preferred

• Leadership experience (lead PT, CI, mentor, military)
• Referral relationships in Spartanburg
• Specialty certification (OCS, SCS, FAAOMPT, etc.)
• Growth and entrepreneur mindset
