Job summary

Alliance Physical Therapy Partners seeks a Clinic Director to launch a new Sports and Orthopedic Leaders Physical Therapy clinic in Alameda, CA. The role combines clinical leadership with business development to establish referral networks and ensure high-quality patient care.

You will lead from the front, mentor staff, manage scheduling and operations, and collaborate with BI and leadership to drive growth while maintaining compliance and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Licensed Physical Therapist in the respective state of practice.
• Preferably, at least four years of clinical experience.
• Demonstrated leadership mindset with a passion for building and growing a clinic.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to foster strong professional relationships.
• Basic understanding of clinic performance metrics and day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and provide Recommend Evidence-Guided treatment to patients, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care.
• Create individualized plans of care, monitor patient progress, and manage the discharge process.
• Complete all required documentation promptly and accurately.
• Take ownership of the clinic’s success by leading from the front—supporting the team, maintaining high clinical standards, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Lead and mentor clinic staff, fostering a positive and collaborative team atmosphere using our intentional culture and organization values.
• Oversee daily operations, including scheduling and managing staffing needs to support clinic efficiency.
• Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, athletic organizations, and community partners to enhance clinic visibility.

Overview

This position is tailored for a physical therapist with an entrepreneurial spirit who seeks the opportunity to develop and expand a new clinic with Sports and Orthopedic Leaders Physical Therapy. The ideal candidate will be motivated to cultivate referral relationships and take on a leadership role within a dynamic team environment.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Patient Care
