Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE/APTA-accredited PT program.
• Active PT license (or eligible) in the state of hire.
• BLS certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Patient-first mindset and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and create individualized plans of care.
• Deliver hands-on treatment and progress patients toward meaningful goals.
• Partner with a supportive, multidisciplinary team (case managers, respiratory therapy, authorizations).
• Keep documentation clear and timely so care stays coordinated and uninterrupted.
• Help create a calm, encouraging environment where patients feel safe to try, rebuild, and improve.
