Job summary

Comprehensive Therapy & Rehab, part of the Unifi family, is seeking a physical therapist to evaluate patients and craft individualized plans of care. You will deliver hands-on treatment and guide patients toward meaningful goals with a compassionate, patient-first approach.

You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, maintain clear documentation, and foster a calm environment where patients feel safe to improve and regain activity.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE/APTA-accredited PT program.
• Active PT license (or eligibility) in the state of hire.
• BLS certification (or willingness to obtain).
• A patient‑first mindset and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and create individualized plans of care.
• Deliver hands-on treatment and progress patients toward meaningful goals.
• Partner with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care.
• Keep documentation clear and timely to ensure coordinated care.
• Create a calm, encouraging environment where patients can try, rebuild, and improve.
