Job summary

Unifi Healthcare in Paducah, KY is seeking a licensed physical therapist to provide compassionate, patient-centered care in home health. You will evaluate patients, create personalized plans, and deliver hands-on treatment toward meaningful goals.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE/APTA-accredited PT program.
• Active PT license in the state of hire.
• BLS certification (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities
