Benedictine's Cerenity Senior Care-White Bear Lake campus is seeking a Physical Therapist for an on-call, casual role in White Bear Lake, MN. Position supports resident evaluations, ongoing assessments, and implementation of therapy interventions.

Responsibilities include developing care plans, discharge planning, and education for the health care team, residents, and families. Licensure must be active in the state and a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy is required to practice.

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy required.
