Job summary

St. Gabriel's Community in Owatonna, MN is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to evaluate residents, develop and revise plans of care, and implement therapy interventions.

The role emphasizes establishing functional goals, outcomes, and discharge plans tailored to each resident’s needs. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, support discharge planning for both long-term and short-term residents, and educate residents, families, and caregivers on care plans to ensure continuity

Qualifications

• Current state licensure in Physical Therapy, in good standing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy.

Overview
