Benedictine Living Community-Winona is seeking a Physical Therapist Float to evaluate residents and plan therapy interventions across Benedictine Living Community sites in the Winona area. This casual, dayshift role offers opportunities to impact mobility and quality of life through individualized treatment plans.
The ideal candidate holds a current state license, a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, and is comfortable traveling between sites as needed.
The Physical Therapist Float is responsible and accountable for residents' evaluations, ongoing assessments, and the planning and implementation of therapy interventions.
Develops and revises plan of care based on the residents' needs and establishes functional goals, outcomes, and discharge plans. Plans for residents' discharge and anticipates for long term and/or short term residents' needs. Educates other health care team members, residents, family, and caregivers on information regarding the care plan for the residents. Provides treatment to all BHS communities as needed; may be required to travel to multiple sites in a day.
