Qualifications

• Education and/or Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy; Master/Doctorate preferred.
• Proficient in computer skills for Net Health and Point Click Care.
• Ability to read and comprehend policy and procedure manuals.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents to determine PT needs and rehabilitation potential.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans to improve mobility and independence.
• Supervise PT Assistants and aides in resident care and activities.
