Job summary

Northern Lights Physical Therapy is seeking a passionate Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team. You will assess patients, develop and initiate treatment plans, and deliver high-quality care to support recovery and return to work and activity.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current (or upcoming) Physical Therapy license in North Dakota.
• Outgoing and energetic personality.
• New graduates are welcome!

Responsibilities

• Assess patients to develop and initiate treatment plans based on evaluation results.
• Review physician’s referral and medical records to determine required PT treatment.
• Provide direct patient care by established protocols and guidelines.
• Document findings, progress, and instructions to patients and caregivers.
• Oversee care performed by assistants and rehabilitation technicians.
• Complete a written plan of care and develop goals to achieve outcomes.
• Implement PT treatment programs and essential therapies.
• Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, physicians, and insurers.
• Ensure timely documentation, including daily notes and discharge summaries.
