Northern Lights Physical Therapy is seeking a passionate Physical Therapist to join our outpatient clinic in North Dakota. You will deliver high-quality care, assess patients, and create individualized treatment plans to support recovery and return to activity.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current (or upcoming) Physical Therapy license in North Dakota.

Responsibilities

• Assess and initiate treatment plans based on evaluations.
• Review physician referrals and patient records to determine required PT.
• Provide direct patient care per established protocols and guidelines.
• Document findings, progress, and patient/caregiver instructions.
• Supervise assistants and rehabilitation technicians in patient care.
• Develop plan of care, goals, and a comprehensive program to meet them.
• Implement treatment programs and deliver essential PT treatments.
• Communicate with patients, caregivers, physicians, and insurers.
• Ensure timely documentation (daily notes, weekly reports, discharge summaries, incident reports).

Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team at Northern Lights.

As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care to our patients, ensuring their recovery and well-being.

• Assess patients to develop and initiate treatment plans based on the evaluation results
• Review the physician's referral (prescription) and the patient's condition and medical records to determine the physical therapy treatment required
• Provide direct patient care by established protocols and patient care guidelines
• Document findings, progress, and instructions to patients and caregivers
• Responsible for patient care performed by assistants and rehabilitation technicians
• Complete a written plan of care, develop goals based on evaluation findings, and develop a comprehensive program to attain goals
• Implement physical therapy treatment program and provide essential physical therapy treatments
• Communicate effectively with patients/caregivers and professional colleagues, including physicians and insurance companies
• Ensure timely documentation, including daily notes, weekly workers' compensation reports, progress reports, initial evaluations, discharge summaries, and incident reports

Qualifications

• Graduate (or upcoming) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current (or upcoming) Physical Therapy license in the state of North Dakota
