Job summary

PT Solutions Physical Therapy is seeking full-time Physical Therapists to advance patient-centered care across orthopedic, sports medicine, pelvic health, and neurologic rehab. You will evaluate and treat a diverse caseload while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

The role includes a six-week onboarding, in-house CE courses, residency-style programs, and growth pathways. Competitive base salary with monthly incentives and a sign-on bonus in select locations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program.
• Current or pending state licensure.
• BLS certification.
• Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (10-12 patients/day).

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatments for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, providing education tailored to individual needs within an interdisciplinary environment.
• Design personalized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Efficiently manage patient documentation and workflow within the EMR system.
