Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our in-facility care team. You will assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver PT services to help patients regain strength and independence.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, educate patients and caregivers, and contribute to a patient-centered care approach that powers recovery across the nation.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy or in a related field with a PT degree.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressive PT experience.
• Foreign PT degrees must be evaluated for US equivalence.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop recovery plans.
• Deliver physical therapy to patients in an in-facility setting.
• Teach patients and caregivers to promote independence.
• Collaborate with the rehab team to optimize outcomes.
