Job summary

Powerback is hiring a Full-time Physical Therapist to work in a facility setting, reporting to the Director of Rehab. You will assess patients, create recovery plans, and deliver PT services while designing personalized programs to restore mobility and function.

Education on patient and caregiver instruction to promote independence is required. The role includes opportunities for mentorship, free CEUs, and visa sponsorship with relocation support across the U.S.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility.
• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy; OR Master’s in a related field plus a Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy; OR Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy plus 5 years PT experience.
• Physical Therapy degree earned outside the U.S. must be evaluated as U.S. equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy.
• Design individualized programs to restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities.
• Implement education for patients and caregivers to promote independence.
