Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist for in-facility care in Manchester, NH. You will assess patients, design individualized recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy with a focus on restoring function and independence.

You will collaborate with the rehab team and refer to specialists as needed. You are a compassionate clinician who educates patients and families, promoting empowerment and overall wellness.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy required or equivalent.
• Must hold a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice or proof of license and eligibility.
• Bachelor's in Physical Therapy with 5 years progressive PT experience acceptable.
• Foreign PT degree must be evaluated for U.S. equivalence per regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop recovery plans.
• Deliver physical therapy to patients.
• Collaborate with rehab team and care providers.
• Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence.

Education

Master's in Physical Therapy

PT license in the U.S.

Bachelor's in Physical Therapy + 5 years PT experience
