Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist for in-facility care. You will assess patients, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy to help restore function. You will also educate patients and caregivers to promote independence and collaborate with the rehab team under the Director of Rehab.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in state(s) of practice.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent with licensure.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy with 5 years progressive PT experience.
• Degree earned outside the U.S. must be evaluated for U.S. equivalence.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy in facility.
• Collaborate with patients and care teams to promote independence and function.
• Educate patients and caregivers to empower ongoing home-based care.
• Report to the Director of Rehab and work with the team to optimize outcomes.
