Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist to assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy in facility settings under the Director of Rehab. The role emphasizes comprehensive patient care and collaboration with a clinical team.

Qualified candidates hold a PT license in the U.S., a Master’s degree in PT (or equivalent), and may require visa sponsorship; powerback offers growth and a supportive work environment for clinicians across the nation.

Qualifications

• They must have a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility.
• They must have a Master's degree in Physical Therapy; or
• They must have a Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; or
• They must have a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.
• The qualifying Physical Therapy degree earned outside of the U.S. must be evaluated to be the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy.

Responsibilities

• As a Physical Therapist, you help patients get well and assess their needs.
• You develop recovery plans and deliver physical therapy.
• You design programs to restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities.
• You collaborate with peers and refer to ensure patient thriving.
• You train patients and caregivers to promote independence and productivity.
